On September 29, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education participated in the Vietnam Higher Education Exhibition in Vientiane, Laos co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Training (Vietnam) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Sports (Laos).
The Vietnam Higher Education Exhibition is one of the activities to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Laos and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the two countries.
At the exhibition, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education introduced to many general education institutions, universities as well as hundreds of students about the University's strong training programs from undergraduate to graduate level, suitable to the learning needs of managers, lecturers, teachers, and students in Laos. Ho Chi Minh City University of Education also introduced typical scientific and educational events organized by the University, professional publications such as books, textbooks, scientific journals edited and authored by the University's managers and lecturers. Lao students shared about the learning activities of international students, cultural exchange events and international student exchange programs, especially activities and programs for Lao students who have been studying at the University.
On this occasion, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education also met and exchanged with representatives from the National University of Laos and many other universities, colleges, and high schools. Many Lao alumni studying and graduating at the University who have currently taught at a number of high schools in Vientiane Capital and neighboring provinces and cities also visited the exhibition booth of the University and shared memorable learning experiences, living and learning memories at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and in Ho Chi Minh City for Lao students.
