On June 10, 2025 – Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE) and the Dinh Thien Ly Scholarship Fund officially concluded a Cooperation Agreement to implement the scholarship program for the academic year 2025–2026 and the following years. This event not only marks a new chapter in the strong partnership between the two parties, but also reaffirms their shared commitment to supporting underprivileged yet outstanding students in overcoming difficulties and pursuing their academic journey with confidence.
The scholarship program is the result of a careful review and thorough discussions, aimed at adjusting the criteria to better suit the current context while ensuring fairness and the humanitarian values of the scholarships.
At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Anh Tuan – Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education – expressed his deep gratitude to the Dinh Thien Ly Community Support Fund for its support to HCMUE students: “The Fund’s support is not only of material value, but also a great source of encouragement, helping students strengthen their faith and perseverance in the pursuit of their chosen path.”

From the academic year 2025–2026, a number of adjustments will be introduced to make the scholarship selection process more favorable. These changes reflect the spirit of listening, continuous improvement, and the social responsibility both parties uphold.
