On the morning of May 10, HCMUE hosted Career Day 2025, featuring over 30 recruitment booths from leading companies and organizations, and attracting thousands of students across diverse academic disciplines.

Attending the event were Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Son – President of HCMUE; Dr. Cao Anh Tuan – Vice President and Head of the Organizing Committee; representatives of departments, functional offices, and affiliated centers of the university, along with representatives from participating companies and recruitment units.

In his opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Son emphasized the occasion’s role as a practical bridge between students and the professional world: “HCMUE Career Day 2025 is not merely a recruitment opportunity, but a space for real-world connection — where students can engage with professional environments, exchange ideas, and receive clear, practical career guidance.”

With over 2,000 job openings across multiple sectors including education, banking, technology, media, and translation–interpretation, the program offered a wide range of opportunities tailored to different stages of students’ academic journeys. Senior students had the chance to apply for full-time positions as they prepared to graduate, while juniors explored high-quality internship opportunities. Meanwhile, sophomores and freshmen were introduced early to the labor market through part-time jobs.

The Career Day also served as a vibrant space for interaction and exchange between students and businesses through mock interviews, career consultations, and skills training workshops. Numerous reputable organizations and companies—such as Vinschool, Capgemini Vietnam, Kumon Vietnam, Woori Bank, BITEX, WESET English Center, and Royal School, along with international preschools, K–12 school systems, and training centers—joined the activity, reflecting their trust in the competence and qualities of HCMUE students.

Through this platform, HCMUE reaffirmed its role not only as an academic institution but also as a trusted companion on students’ journey toward sustainable career development. The university also strengthened its partnerships with businesses to foster an increasingly effective education–employment ecosystem.
